Grande Construction gives each project the special attention and planning it deserves. We understand that every project is different and we always follow these steps to ensure that the best, most cost-effective job is done for our clients every time.
When you choose Grande for your interior build-out or new construction project we will meet with you for an initial consultation. At this meeting, we will find out exactly what you need and what your expectations are. If you need design professionals, architects or engineers we will recommend ones with whom we have built a trusted relationship. Next, we will review the plans with the selected design team and come up with a plan of action.
Now the bidding process will begin. Grande has long-standing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers that we have worked with for many years. This helps us get the best prices as well as the most reliable and competent workers for the job. We will carefully create a proposal, and then we will present it to you. Once we are in agreement, we can move forward with your project.
Whenever construction takes place, permits must be obtained. You will not have to worry about getting permits because Grande is familiar with all of the laws and processes involved with permits. We will handle everything for you quickly and professionally.
Once all of the proper permits have been obtained, we will have a final pre-construction review between you, the project manager, and any subcontractors involved. Your dedicated project manager will be supervising your project on a daily basis. You will be updated weekly with digital photos and notes about the progress. Throughout construction, Grande will handle all of the inspections in order to insure timely completion. After your interior build-out is completed, the Grande warranty department will be on hand to stand behind our work. We rely on word-of-mouth recommendations from our clients, so of course we want you to be completely satisfied. A delighted customer is our number one goal.
We believe that the most satisfactory and efficient plans for historic preservation are a compromise between the needs of our client and the intent of the original builder. We are prepared to produce sound, reliable work from old photographs, client drawings and even from salvaged historic fragments. We are always willing to share our extensive field experience with both owners and architects on an informal basis. However, clients often find it most cost effective to bring us into the design process early, as consultants to establish realistic budgets and schedules.
